Spice Jet Airlines — Ticket cancelled because of negligence by spice jet executive | |||
I had a booked a ticket from Kozhikode to Hyderabad via Chennai for 30th July. After repeated rescheduling of chennai to hyderabad flight i decided to cancel the Chennai - Hyderabad sector journey only. I called up customer care and requested to cancel only Chennai Hyderabad ticket executive has confirmed and however the customer care executive has cancelled the Kozhikode to Hyderabad, today 29th July when i logged in for web checkin i dont see travel details from kozhikode to chennai, immideatly called up spice jet customer care executive badal said the complete return journey from Kozhikode to hyderabad has been cancelled, until then i was under assumption that i have my flight for 30th July from Kozhikode to chennai as per the initial itinerary.Executive has raised a request to check call recordings and asked to call back after 2 hours.
