Spice Jet Airlines — Ticket fare deducted but ticket not booked

I booked a flight ticket online from Spicejet website on 21st May 2015 at around 9 pm for trip from Agartala to Kolkata on 21st Aug 2015. Flight timing was 5.40 pm from Agartala. Most probably flight number was SG 658. There were 3 passengers and their names are Niranjan Bhowmik DOB 4.10.1938, Sephali Bhowmik 01.07.1949, Shipra Nath DOB 28.05.1948. The ticket fare INR 7894 has been deducted from my account but the ticket has not been booked. Customer care is not picking up the phone. This is not accepted.
