Spice Jet Airlines — Voucher yet not received

Hi Team, I had a flight delay and received a message on my phone number as below: "We regret the delay of your flight. As a gesture of our commitment to an On-Time service and inconvenience caused a voucher of Rs. 1000.00 has been sent to your email id. Thank You" But I have not received the email with voucher details yet. Could you please suggest how shall I proceed to receive the same. Thanks in advance!
