[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — Battery not available for Spice Mi-495 Stellar Virtuoso | |||
Dear Concern Person The Battery back of my spice mi-495 is very poor (1-2 hr) only. I am approaching spice care for last 6 months but No response is given by them for NEW BATTERY. At that time when I purchased the cost of Mobile was 10000 Rs. . After purchasing such type of costly mobile if parts are not available in the market then it means the Spice company are just cheating the consumers. The Government should take necessary on such type of fraud companies. On customer service the response of Spice Mobile is very Poor. I have no option to use my mobile Spice Mi-495 Stellar Virtuoso because battery is not providing backup. The only option is to purchase a new mobile. I looking for new battery in the market since last six month but not able to find the same. Even i approach service center but could not find one. Then i asked whether they can arranged and even that was denied. Now I am trying to sell the mobile and even no one is ready to pay even 2000 for it after year o[censored]se. Earlier I used samsung and nokia mobile for which I did not face any problem (say it in battery backup, service center service etc). but I totally dissatisfied from the performance of spice mobile.
