[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — Damage of screen without a plausible cause | |||
Dear sir/madam, I had purchased a mobile set, Mi - 449 on the 17th of May, 2014 through the Home Shop 18 online store. On the 9th of June, I had placed it on my cooler and had gone to sleep. The next morning, 10th June, 2014, i found the mobile with a crack on the upper half of the screen and the screen not responsive. Customer care claims that the screen is NOT covered under the guarantee period. The thing is, there is no plausible cause for the screen to crack. Was it due to the fact it was placed on the cooler? Cell problem
