Subject – Spice Mobile Issue & Amount to be refunded To The Manager, Dear Sir, I have purchase my mobile from Home shop 18 dated 29/07/2013, details of mobile mentioned below:- Order No[protected] Sub Order No – 60893537 Item Description – Spice Dual Core Phablet – White IMEI No – [protected] Amount – 6499 Seller Name mentioned on Bill as mentioned below:- Tarash Overseas PVT LTD, SMM Applo Building, No 47, Brij Mohan, Marg, DariyaGanj, Near Hindi Park, Delhi, New Delhi 110002 I have given Spice mobile for repairs on 26/05/14 to pune service center SS Enterprises at Aryaneshwar Park, pune, Job Sheet – 8499, Since more than a month my mobile is under advanced repair spice center /delayed / no coordination from dealer or helpline in letting me know the deadline for repairs & arrogant behavior – I am just being informed there is major issue in cell phone apart no update, Due to which I am feeling insecure and being cheated. My expectation is my cell is under warranty period & why shall I face the product related issue when I was been assured for the durability of the product. I expect Bill amount 6499/-Rs refunded for my mobile, I have log a call with consumer court (attach copy), kindly consider this as a legal notice and expect revert in 15 days’ time frame with effect today.
