Spice Mobiles — poor services

hi this is for urs kind notice that we purchased a spice mi-451 from yours authorised mobile shop at raisinghnagar, after few months it has stoped working[ service request nomber 20100716E90392 dated 24/09/2014 we give it to urs service centre for repair on 24/9/2014 after sevrals reminder and complaint we not recd our mobile till the date we are forced to put this matter to district consumer court as neither store nor service centre replied us . plz solve this complaint within a week or take this mail as a notice[ as we may force to go to consumer court ] scaned copy of service request is attached here with
