Spice Mobiles — Regarding Mobile Handset

I submitted my Spice MI-436 Mobile Handset due to handset dead problem at our nearest service center in Lucknow on 28 Nov-2014.After 22 days of submitting handset today 22 Dec-2014 they told that my set is not able to repair & offer me that Spice Company Give us a old & used handset.You have to replaced your set with a used second hand old handset..but i ingnore that offer & not accepted that second hand handset.. now today 22/12/2014 they told that they forward a new service complain to Spice regarding My Handset that customer not satisfied with that handset.
