[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — Repairing of LCD | |||
Dear Sir I recently bought spice 356 hardly 2 months back. Unfortunately LCD of the set get damaged and I gave it to your ASC SHREE SHYAM SERVICES centre for the repairing. Initially they told Rs.750 for the servicing and tentative date for hand over the repaired set is 15 days. Unfortunately they charged RS.1500 and took more than 1 month to repair the unit. But most important thing is that they have replaced the LCD with 3rd grade Chinese LCD whose screen resolution, picture quality is very poor. They have only provide their job sheet no. but no service request no. is provided. Please lodge my complaint for cheating about your authorised service partner who also services other brand like micromax. Waiting for your suitable reply. Thanks for your support. One more thing I would like to know if the set was send for repairing to the service centre.
Because after repairing the set they didn't give any receipt for the replaced LCD.
