Spice Mobiles — spice battery not getting after ordered

I have given an order for the spice battery (MODEL : SPICE MI 495 SPICE STELLAR VIRTUOSO) and still am waiting after 2 months of order date ...pls do anything in this case..iam ready to pay the amount..but there is no response from that service request
