This communication is towards acknowledging your concern and we request you to please visit any of the nearest Spice Authorized Service Centers (ASC) and get your handset checked. We wish to assure you that technical expert at our ASC will assist you in resolving the issue you are experiencing with your spice handset.
Also, to know the address of nearest ASC, we request you to contact our Helpline no.[protected] between the hours of 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM, from Monday to Saturday or you may write us at [protected]@smobility.in.
We would like to assure you that our endeavor is to provide you quality service and your feedback will help us in improving our service further.
