Dear Sir, I have purchased Spice MI-525 mobile handset against invoice No. TARA1124236 on 29 January 2014(Seller's TIN No. [protected], Seller's CST No.[protected]).From the date of purchasing this handset is not working properly and I have to submit it for repairing to service centre 6 times. But I did not get satisfactory solution of my problem and after every repairing this handset was malfunctioning. This takes too much time for repairing since purchasing. Now again I have to submit my handset to service centre due to this repetitive problem. I am getting mentally harassed and need replacement of the handset. I am following this matter continuously through email and phone. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
