hi this is shalini i bought spice mi 505 mobile 6 months back and when i gave for a servicing once 4mnths they damaged my volume button and i dont have time to check that and now there was some problem with the software so i agve it in ur service centre on 21st march 2014 and till now they didnt gave my phone back and they didnt even bother to inform me that very worst servicing in 1 year warrenty i[censored] keep our phone for 45 days like that then what is the use of that warrenty and why should we buy your phone if this servicing goes on continuing then i m shore no one will buy your phone is this the way you deal with customers...
