SpiceJet Airlines — Fraud, staff attitude and incapability misguidance

My name is Rajeshwari Pillai. I was travelling by spicejet to dubai from Mumbai on 30th may night. My flight was at 1:35pm. I was stuck in the immigration queue hence I could not reach the boarding queue on time. I wanted help from the spicejet staff but there was no spicejet staff available near immigration section. Later when I saw a few staff of spicejet althea, Rashmi who were responsible for getting people on board said to me the flight is gone and that it was My responsibility to rush in the immigration section n board the flight. My name was not announced neither I saw any spicejet staff around. I had the boarding pass and I was waiting for immigration. The spicejet staff Rashmi, althea and supervisor nisha said that there is nothing we can do.. it's your responsibility to clear the immigration fast n come to the boarding section. We will not announce your name. I'm still surprised that despite of having the boarding pass they let the flight go even without checking if there is anyone stuck in immigration. To top it up there was no airline reporting manager available at that time to guide me. I was waiting Like a fool at the airport restless and all that the staff was doing was getting my luggage back to me. If they could remove my luggage before the flight boarded they could have atleast come once near the immigration to check wat is going on with the passenger. Immigration is something which is not in our hands. But despite of reaching before time and missing the flight even after getting the boarding pass and clearing the immigration is shocking... And when I requested the spicejet supervisor nisha to book me on the next flight she said that should I pay for your ticket it's your fault do wat u want to do... I want an action to be taken against the airline and specially the three staff reporting on 30th may at Mumbai international airport althea, nisha and Rashmi for their incompetence of helping a customer and to top it up laughing at the passenger who lost the flight due to their inconvenience. I did not get any concession neither any help from the spicejet staff. I was even told by Rashmi ti go to domestic airport and report the complaint. I went to domestic airport n even at the domestic airport there was no available to report the complaint. I do not understand how is this airline functioning if they do not even have a airline reporting manager on duty. I want my money refunded 400 Uae dirhams...
