[Resolved] Spidigo — DELAYED SERVICE PROVIDING FOR COMPLAINTS REGARDING BROADBAND | |||
I have very bad experience with SpidiGo Broadband Service. I took unlimited plan for internet and paied 6 month advance and now from last 2 months net is down so many times that even I cannt count. So many times I complained for this, but dont know how these people are working. They fix the problem, then net will work for 1 day, 2 day, or a week and then again down for 2-3 days. Then again, we have to complain and they will took as many days as possible to solve it. Once we paid in advance, they become careless to provide services on time. My job work is suffering due to their bad services, who will pay for this? Its better to choose other internet service provider instead of SpidiGo. Was this information helpful? | |||
