Spidigo — Internet connection is not working since 10 days

My internet connection of spidigo user id Ramesh Thakkar is not working since last 10 days
I have reported three time complain in customer care but result is nil
So I am tired from spidigo service so I request to close my internet connection
And refund balance amount at earliest
