Spidigo — Internet is not working

I have brought 80 Gb Plan. It was working fine before 2-3 months. but from the 2-3 months internet is sometime working ans some times not. we have already complained so many times but didnt get result yet. The customer care people told like tower has been collapsed. Still they are not giving us any other option.

As we recharge the Internet connection online since last 2 days Internet connection is till not started
the service is too bad. Engineer is not able to solve or understand the technical issue. We have logged the complaint at least 10 times but no result.

my internet is not working since 10th april after making regular complaint, i have not yet got any respond from spidigo so now i decided to terminate it and get my refund i lost almost 200 bucks on you service helpine and everytime they give me the same answer that today will engineer will come but nobody comes i am fed up of spidigo and its service

My net connection is not working from last 10 days. I complained every day. The only answer I got is we have transfer you request, our engineer will visit today to solve your problem but no one has come.

I AM SO FRUSTRATED ABOUT THIS.
if it is not going to be solved kindly refund my amount.

Internet is frequently stop working. I had complain many times but not get final solutions.

Currently net is not working and not able to work my office work as it is critical.

I have used spidigo net from last 4 year and will not go further with spidigo internet if not fixed problem permanently.
