Spidigo — Network Connectivity Problems

We are the regular user of spidigo internet service but from past two months we are facing some regular problem of net connectivity.There is no internet access full day and at night it gain some access but not satisfactorily.We are eegistering complains to customer care of spidigo bu no one response with positive nature.Every time We call they say our technician will come but no one come .So we are getting very disturbed by this.Please make some quick action to our problem.
