Spidigo — Regarding Slow Speed of internet connection

Sir, My Internet speed is too slow. I have complain about it but no action have been taken yet.I have a 1 Mbps unlimited Internet plan and speed I must get is 256-512 kbps...I am fad up of slow speed.please take my complain seriously & do needful .
