TO the samaj kalayan vibhag, pilibhit(U.P) respected sir Due to respected, Sir my name is Sunil singh (O.B.C.) . i am a student of bca 2sem in 2013-14 from 'S.C.M.S., pilibhit' affilated to M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. Sir i did not get my scholar ship of session '2013-14'. I have not enough money to submit my fee and also if the scolarship not sanctioned then i will leave the college and my feature .so, please sir i am in need of my scholarship to give my college fee for my further study . i am not so rich that i can’t give my fee my fee family.
