I booked for home test sample collection. No one turned up.
After I called the customer care, they booked another appointment for me for the next day.
Still, no one turned up. When I called the executive, he said no one was available. No one even informed.
After we called him the second day morning, he said let's plan for some other day. Because of this, I could not get my tests done time. I had to pay consultation fees of the doctor for one more time. Moreover, SRL does not even have the courtesy to inform us, when cancelling a sample collection. Was this information helpful? |
