SRL Diagnostics — Test result not delivered as committed by the lab employee, and the lab staff named mr sameer jandial misbehaved.

We submitted the blood sample at around 9 am on 06072016 for blood glucose test. the result was to consulted with doctor at 5 pm in the evening. The technician commited to deliver the report at aroung 16:00 hrs .On reaching the lab even at 17:00 pm the report was not handed over to the customer. reason given was power failure. The said technician over there named Mr sameer jandyal also misbehaved with us and said that why we have came there for the test instead of having variours other labs in the city. The behaviour and service was most astonishing and rude i ever experienced anywhere publically. It is a newly opened lab of srl at kachi chawni jammu.
