Srm Transports — Changed my middle seat to last row without intimation

I booked 17th number seat. while boarding, the driver is telling, that bus is cancelled and in this bus, you have been allotted seat number 44 (last row). when i questioned, driver is telling, "this is your seat number, either get in or else, shut up and get away, i know how to fill the seat"

If there is not a proper response from srm side, I'll go to RTI, and I'll make this issue bigger. In addition, I've recorded the driver's talk. I need srm to respond for my complaint...
