Srm Transports — Payment not received from the unsuccessful transaction

I am Ganesh Shenoy (Ph:[protected]). I was trying to book ticket from Madurai to Chennai for the travel date 21/11/2015 (Bus rute no. M-133A @ 1 PM) seat no 15. While booking ticket the payment was deducted from my Credit Card but Ticket not booked due to technical error in the SRM website. The tech error was confirmed by their officer at West Mambalam head office Mr.Raghu and he had informed that since there was a server problem the ticket was unable to book the seat. Also he had advised that the payment will be credited back in 2-3 days. As I have not received my payment back to my credit card, today I had contacted the SRM customer service to find out the status. But, their customer care executive Ms.Lakshmi had replied with irresponsible way and the attitude of the executive was very pathetic. I was tying to contact the senior officials at SRM but unable to find their contact no. THEY SHOULD REALLY UNDERSTAND THAT THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE REAL ASSET FOR IMPROVING THE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS VERY MUCH IMPORTANT TO SUSTAIN THE BUSINESS IN THE MARKET.
