SRS Travels — Bus department before the given time, contact person was very rude, no refund | |||||
With respect to bus number 1152, On 19th October I was suppose to catch bus from kengeri at 7.15PM to Udupi. I booked my ticket through online.and I got a confirmation message for the same mentioned time. But contact person called me at 7pm and asked me to reach bus stop immediately but my house is around 10 minutes far from the bus point . I had planned my schedule based on that. We had some arguments. He started talking very rude finally I told him that I will be reaching in ten mins. But by the time I reach the point bus had already left. He asked me to go to Majestic. And I was a single lady and upon that started talking very rude. Then I had to take reservation in some other bus to reach udupi. Was this information helpful? | |||||
