St Courier — Courier not deliver but status showing Delivered - Worst Services [protected]

Courier Booked on 27/10/2014 from Coimbatore to Bangalore still its not delivered as of 01/11/2014, I raised complaint for non deliver of courier, I am shock while checking the status its showing its delivered. ST Courier is Worst Service AWM No.[protected] and Complaint No.AJ106102
