Hi, I have been getting 3 to 4 calls every week from Standard Charted Bank customer care to provide information about their products. I have registered for Do not distrub service multiple times with the Bank but still I am getting calls again and again....

They are charging TRFD of 921.63 rupees even after I cleared all the dues. Standard charted bank ordered a credit card (card no. [protected]) to me that I never received neither I make any transaction with it. They issued something virtually. continue sending us bill.

I have placed a request the foreclosure of my home loan account on 28-Apr-2023 and as per the guidelines provided by the SCB customer care service the total time period is 18 working days. Still they have not provided the letter and also they are not responding to any mails. I have been taking loans from friends and family to buy a new bike. You people debiting the amount of Rs 1178.82 in the name of "DP CHG TILL APR[protected] INCS.TAX" in my account number #[protected]. I don't even receive a debit message for that.

I took a personal loan from the bank in January 2023 clearly stating that I want to foreclose my loan at the earliest, the bank suggested that If I continue the same for 3 months, the bank will waive off foreclosure charges, and I did continue the same. Later when I tried foreclosing, Bank said that after 6 months they can foreclose the loan with 3% including GST foreclosure charges. I continued the loan for 6 months, paying EMI diligently....

You guys have levied an unnecessary interest charges on my card. I always make total amount due and that too before due date. I'm receiving a lot of spam calls from Standard Chartered Bank call center for credit cards and loan. This is despite me putting myself on the DND and DNC list several times. It is a very frustrating experience and I believe as a consumer I have a right to complain on this matter.
