Huge Charges built even after Card cancellation

Dear Sir / Madam (s),

I have been using Standard Chartered Credit Card for more than 10 years, and have faced issues with Billing - as non-receipt of statement etc, several times in past but I used to make payment after checking with Phonebanking.
I have always cleared my dues in full, within the due date, and noways for any credit card kept any outstanding.
In such a scenario, why would I keep Rs. 300 or Rs....

Not cancelling my credit card and asking for annual fees

My first year of the credit card (No annual fees period) was to end in Sept 2012. So i requested to cancel the card on 9th Sept (Ref: 09/12/060639/SP/CRD). unauthorised transaction
