Kind Attn : Mr.Nilufer Mullanfiroze, GeneralManager- Retail Banking Products Sir, I have gave you a mail on 13.03.2015 regarding the below mentioned matter, but no answer/reply I have received tilldate. I, Shri Tridip Nath residing at R/AB6, Raghunathpur, Kolkata-700059, Mobile-[protected] maintaining Platinum Visa Credit Card of Standard Chartered Bank (Card No.[protected]) for last five years. Whenever I used my Credit Card, I make the payment within due date and also annual fee within time. I am a valuable customer in your Bank and maintaining good fruitful relationship with your esteemed organization. Thefacts is that- I have taken a Dial-a-loan offer on SCB Credit Card Loan of Rs.85000/- from Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) for a period of 36 months vide Cheque No.358061dt. 08.10.2014. I have paid 1st instalment on 25.11.2014 for Rs.3221/- and 2nd instalment on 16.12.2014 for Rs.3221/- and also processing fee of Rs.1700/- within time. On 05.01.2015, I contact your customer care department regarding preclosure of loan which I have taken from your bank, that I will preclose my loan amount and how much amount I have to pay for preclosure, which I have taken from you. Your Executive told me the amount which I have to pay including 4% preclosure interest on the remaining principal and including my 3rd EMI of Rs.3221/- also, i.e. Rs.83089/- and also told me you have to preclose within 3 days from the date of the request. On 06.01.2015, I made the full payment of Rs.83089/-, payment receipt is enclosed for your ready reference. Again on 24.02.2015, I rang to your Customer care of SCB regarding issuance of NOC that I have made full payment of Rs.83089/-. Your Executive given me the Request No.[protected] dt.24.02.2015 at time 18.53 p.m. and told me that there is no dues in your account and your account has no outstanding. Your account has been closed. On27.02.2015, I got a message on my mobile that your payment is overdue. Kindly make the payment. I rang to your Customer care on 10.03.2015 regarding What payment is overdue ? One of your lady executive has told me that you have to pay Rs.3219.63 for another EMI. I cannot understand what she is saying. I toldhim I have preclosed the whole amount of Rs.83089/- on 06.01.2015 and also the above Request No. I have given, but she is presurrised me that you have to pay another EMI of Rs.3219.63 with additional charges. I am trying to explain him that this is not my fault. I have pay all your dues and I have preclosed my loan amount. But she is not in a position to understand. I think your people are intentionally harassing me because I have preclosed my whole loan amount of Rs.83089/- on 06.01.2015 and also giving request for preclosing the loan amount on 05.01.2015 and also your executive has told me after preclosing your whole amount there will be no outstanding in your loan account. Your account is closed. So how you have generated another EMI of Rs.3219.63 ? Hence my request to you, please waived my EMI of Rs.3219.63, which you have generated after preclosure of my loan amount on 06.01.2015, because I am maintaining my family consisting six members. I am in financial crisis. I hope you will understand the circumstances. I once again sincerely apologiz efor the inconvenience caused. TRIDIP NATH
