Standard Chartered Bank — Credit card bill complaint for card ending 8265 | |||
Hi, I have taken Standard Chartered credit card number ''[protected]". I have made payment of all my dues on[protected] and raised request for closuer of my credit card. I have been informed that my request has been send for closure after that i left out of country. Despite of card closure I recieved card statement with renewal charge. I immediately called customer care and get confirmation of bolcking of my card. After 2 years I am getting mail for payment of outstanding of Rs 5546 and they keep on adding interest on this. They are asking me to pay for service which i have not availed otherwise they will add my name in CIBIL. Please rectify my issue.
