Standard Chartered Bank — Credit card overdue amount rs. 13947

My Cibil report is showing a credit card overdue of Rs. 13, 947/- which is belongs to Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card for the year 2012.
I had paid due payment through cheque in year 2012 but cheque was not presented in my bank account till 15 days from the date of issued. So I had make the payment online through netbanking and issued cheque was stoped for payment. Later on Standard Chartered Bank presented the aforesaid cheque in my Bank a/c and levied cheque return charges along with interest & other incidental charges.
These charges are not paid on protest, as I had already paid the due amount on time. So I request you to please look into the matter.
