[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank — DEDUCTION OF ANNUAL FEES, INSPITE OF ME NOT WANTING RENEWAL OF CREDIT CARD

Sir, 1. i had a credit card from standard chartered ending 7517, which expired on jul/13. before the card expired i have clearly written to standard chartered bank that i do not need renewal of your card. inspite of that they have sent a new card, which i have refused to receive. the card was not accepted by me, inspite of that they have deducted the annual fees and my remaining credit balance is still pending with bank. One year has passed and i have not got neither my Credit balance nor refund of annual fees for the card which i do not possess. 2. I further state that i have not used their card for even a single day (returned the courier as it is). So why annual fees was deducted and why my credit balance is still not refunded to me. 3. pls refer my mail below and the responce from bannk 4.
