Dear team, i had obtained a demand draft (Dd no: xxxxxx) from your bank (Standard charted for rs. 20000/. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, this dd is lost. Hence i requested you to issue a duplicate dd and send it to me to my registered address. Then i made a call to the customer care so many times whether the draft was sent back to me or not. They told me that it was dispatched back to the address given by me but till now i didn't got the dd, its almost 3 months gone i called to ur customer care several times but no result.
I trust this is not the way that sc company wishes to conduct business with valued customers — i have been with you since 3 years and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
