I am facing regular complaint on settling payment to scb . the problem is if I am doing some purchase and settling payment through online ok . where as if the payment is in EMI style ie instabuy account then i will be in trouble .
I use to pay through online without delay every month. I am not paying any part amount or minimum amount whatever total amount just settling it finished .
Now the problem is simply scb is sending message that I have to pay over due amount with interest .I strongly feel that scb is not understanding customer problem . If i paid the amount in total due in case any accounting issue for scb they should sort it out immediately by sending sms or they can call for better relationship with their customer
Instead they are making un necessary irritation to the customer.
I am using hdfc card from the past 8 yrs i did not face any such issue because there is no separate track to pay the payment in their statement. My card limit in hdfc is 4 lacks . Pl.study and do the needful at least in future.
