Standard Chartered Bank — False late payment charges even paid in time

Hi I have paid the instalments in time for EMIs converted from a transaction. But bank people didnt credit my payments instead they created one more card which i un aware, started debiting late charges. I have all the proofs of payment in time and communication with bank people, but card people not at all considers y communication, instead they harrased me by calling and sending false statements, thanks kabeer
