[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank India — Non Delivery of Replacement Card

I got a SC credit card with my SC Salary Account. I decided to use it for a Cash Back offer with Flipkart in October 2013. I successfully placed my order and the order was delivered. After one month as per the terms of the cash back i was expecting to receive the cash back but same was not credited to my CC account. It was credited after launching complaint with the bank. When i tried to use that cash back i was informed that my card is blocked. Reason they gave me was that my card was blocked because it was not used for a long period of time. My current address on my account was of Chennai but i shifted to Gurgaon 2 years back. I have my permanent address of Haryana. When i requested them to deliver my card to my permanent address they asked me to update my permanent address (Haryana Address) with bank. I completed that formality and again requested to reissue my card but this time also my card was not sent. I am fed up with following up over their Phone Banking and Visiting their branch again and again. Please advice me what should i do to get me hard earned money back??? Regards, Aishwarya
