[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — internal account transfer not taken care and interest charged on the same | |||
I am using Manhattan platinum credit card from standard chartered bank, When i crossed my credit card limit, they charged me over limit fee(which is fine), but it is charged on my previous card number . On discussion with they said that internal transfer can be done between accounts after payment is done. When i paid the amount at the end of the month to my credit card account, i raised a request to transfer the charges which is paid into main account to the account where they have charged it. After raising a 10 to 20 requests to settle the previous account by transferring amount from main account (which is actually there problem to do it), they have not done it . and all the time they have a different reason to explain. Once they have transferred the amount to some other card(which is not mine), how can a executive can do mistakes like this. These are request numbers which i have raised through phone: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] these are the requests made through mails: KMM16642486V67714L0KM KMM16615082V90883L0KM KMM16612222V20544L0KM KMM16452811V31329L0KM I am sure i forgot some of the request numbers made through phone. Anyways i am going to close the card for pathetic service. Just wanted to see if bank can take it seriously.
