Standard Chartered Bank — Letter asking me to pay dues even after one time settlement of loan account

The above loan overdue according to standard chartered was inr 41, 448.77
My father has settled the above loan for an amount of inr 10, 000 / = vide cheque number 913377 canara bank viveknagar branch bangalore -560047
I have a settlement letter saying settlement of account on 15/02/2010.
The cheque also has gone through (Cleared).
Still i get letters from standard chartered bank asking me to repay inr 31448.77 and that they have appointed some agency to collect the same.
I have received this letter today also.
The same was in the lok adalath court vide case number 7184/2009.
My father had taken all the copies and original of the settlement letter.
Standard chartered then withdrew the case before the hearing on 12/12/2011.
The withdrawal memo is kept in file number 11771/2008 and i have a copy of the letter confirming withdrawal of case by standard chartered bank with the lok adalath court with the court seal affixed to it.

Inspite of this being a totally settled account and also a time bar debt.
This unscrupulous and cheating bank standard chartered is sending me letters to repay the loan.
