[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — LEVY O[censored]NDUE OVERHEAD CHARGES | |||
SIR, I HAD BEEN ISSUED A CREDIT CARD BY STANDARD CHARTERED BANK. I GOT THE CREDIT CARD CANCELLED DUE TO UN SATISFACTORY SERVICES AND NON RESPONSE FROM THE BANK. INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUEST FOR RESOLUTION OF THE MATTER THEY ARE CONTINUOUSLY LEVING PENAL CHARGES ON OUT STANDING WHICH IS NOT JUSTIFIED . I HAVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIME TO PLEASE DEPUT SOME BODY TO EXPLAIN THE FACTS AND IN CASE THERE IS ANY OUT STANDING JUSTIFIED AGAINST ME THEY CAN TAKE THE MONEY BUT DESPITE SO MANY REQUEST THEY ARE NOT LISTENING EXCEPT LEVING UNDUE PENALTY MONTH BY MONTH.
