Standard Chartered Bank — Not ready to revert the charges for the advantage kit, which I already returned

Hi Sir,
I have sc cc. One day they called me for advantage kit and I accepted to get it as there was a option to return it. I did return the kit but they are not ready to refund the amount and now they are threatening to send report to CIBIL. I have done tonnes of attempt to contact customer care but no proper solution. Please help me resolve this issue.
