I have been writing to customer head via email since last 3 weeks but there has not been any satisfactory response till date
every time i call customer care i get a response "Please contact via email to customer head "
This kind of customer support is not acceptable to anyone

Last response via email which was over 26th Nov
since then there has been no progress whats so ever

Regardless of multiple calls to customer care to release the NOC for the closed credit card i have n't received any satisfactory response & customer care is not answering to the query being raised over the release of NOC .The impression is that while creating the relationship (Credit card) there were multiple calls from SC but while it comes to customer service to release the NOC there has been no responsbility & ownership lying with anyone from the Senior customer service . Can anyone from SC help over this. Thanks! in advance which will motivate me for future association
