2013 June charged annual fee 6741.00 including other charges. July 12128.59 and august 13303.90 paid RS.13304/- No any outstanding and card was closed but Sep and Oct another statements for annual fee and other charges 7474.63 and 8449.82 respectevly I contacted your office regularly and reported this duplication finally Nov statement your office accepted this mistake and reverse the annual charges but your people not cancel the interest and other charges, that amount is acumilated every month now it is more than Rs. 8000.00 Every month I received pending call from your office and I explain all this matters by phone and mail also, but no any action on this till today. I hereby request you to kindly inspect related monthly statement 2013 June to 2013 November. I hope yo
