Standard Chartered Bank — Personal loan emi is not deducted

I have taken Personal Loan from Standard chartered bank on Jun 2015 for 300000 and duration for 1 year. I gave ECS option to deduct EMI from account. First month EMI was successfully debited and after crossed the EMI date, my 2nd EMI is not debited from my account. I called the customer care and they have confirmed that the amount is credited in Standard charted loan account and they provided email confirmation. And they said, The amount will be debited automatically on next month. So I waited for next month. The next month also the same problem arises. Again I called the customer care and they again confirmed in mail that the EMI is credited in their account. I was really confused and dont know what to do next. After 2 days, I got an idea to get the debit account no. So I called again Customer care and asked them to provide the Debit account no. After 1 week of time, they told some problem in their application and soon it will be rectified and two month EMI will be debited in 2 days interval. Later it was cleared and now my loan was cleared.

Now I have applied next loan and got CIBIL report, it determines my credit score is 669 due to past due date payment for 2 month of EMI. I really shocked and asked Standard chartered customer care, I didn't get any reply there after.

Now I am unable to take loan from anywhere...
