I would like to know following details about the deducted amount.,

1). Can you share the threshold limit in Bank Statement beyond which the SCB is eligible to deduct 572.50/- rupees?
2). If some how it met, Is that valid Action without any intimation/information to the customer?
As per my experience Such deduction/scenario did not observed with other banks if some how it is debited wrongly, i request to you to refund the deducted amount of 572.50/-.
