1. Before Sanction they say free processing fee but after disbursement they charge processing fee in disbursement amt. 2. Pre-Closure Loan is free to all banks as per RBI, but this bank charges 5% of the outstanding amount. 3. Poor Feedback of our queries. 4. False statement by executives. please be aware of this
