[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Reverted Money yet to be transfered in my account | |||
Hi, I had booked for Videocon d2H online and due to some reason we couldn't install the equipment. I had asked for the refund and i got their mail with screen print for the success of revert transaction. Verified too with them and its transferred to my account. The issue is i'm yet to receive the amount in my account. They have provided me with the Bank reference Number[protected]. Later i got a mail from bank saying they need more details. I have provided them but there is no response from past 3days . Seems the bank is least interested in solving customers issue. I have provided the bank with all details and screen print which d2H Videocon as given . Hope the bank understand Its a big amount of 6980.00.
