[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Unnecessary charge on my credit card

I am using the credit card of standard charted from last one year.The services of bank like standard cahrted is much below as compare the name. i am send many mails to company card.[protected]@sc.com...but i not get any mail or call from bank side.15/01/2014, , 22/02/2014.27/03/2014..25/04/2014..18/05/2014..26/06/2014..
In the month of december i call in the call center. He says you not need to pay the bill its adjust already.The debit amoumt to be credit in your accont with in these month.
please help me in these matter. iam thnkfulls to you for these act of kindness...
