[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Wrong Commitment by Collection People and Bank Employee

I have one amount from ST bank and due to some personal my few EMI stop, but after some time as per discuss with Mr Satyajit Gupta, ST Bank Karol Bang, i arranged 40000 Rs and deposit in account and he committed that he will do way-off all finance change and other charges but after payment, i forget all commitment.And now collection people again start harassment me.
Now as per Bank behalf i will plan to handle this issue by legal.
Pls suggest another way.
