I am buy a datawind calling tablet order no is [protected] from star cj live, when i received a products speaker is not working and tablet is hanging i am register complaint same day and his exe says me our exe call u but i m not received any call from ctar cj.after two days again i call on customer care same replay from star cj customer care after two days again i call to cust care and exe says same thing after i receved call frm star cj and that exe say me for tablet complaint u go to datawind service center and for speaker we exchange it and i call u after some time for more clarification.but no call between 21/11/2014 to 11/12/2014 after i call to star cj exe says me u go to tanz(speaker)custemer care and resolve your problem.i m staying at unjha (Gujarat) and At unjha no service center from Tanzy speaker.so exchange it ASAP. I am doing regulary shopping from online but experience with star cj is pathetic. kindly take strict action & reply for the Same as soon as possible
