Dear sir, my name is Ajay mishra, I purchased a I ball enigma phone from shop cj but at time of delivery charger was damaged .I replace this charger from service center., next day my headphone are not working.sir I pay full amount for this phone and u delivered me a damaged phone.sir this is your service .its my mistake that I show so much trust on shop cj.I will not approached anyone to shop on star cj.I know that you don't have any solution to my problem because you dont care about it.Beacause of you i suffer so much trouble in my busy life.please make justice with your promises which you are showing on tv.I am really disappointed this time and I think ten time for my next purchased.
